Report a Claim

Accidents do happen to all of us, sooner or later. When they do, we are on hand to guide you through the claim process. Our skills and experience are at your service to minimise the aggravations and irritations that this process can cause you.

In the event of theft please notify us directly within 24 (twenty four) hours or less. In the event of a claim other than theft please notify us directly within 48 (forty eight) hours or less.

In cases of theft, accident, vandalism or explosion – contact the police and get a case number.

Supply us with the following:

• • Full name, address, phone/fax numbers and email address
  • Photographs, notes of any damage and other useful information
  • In event of collision supply: Name, address, contact details of other party and their insurers
  • Try to be present when an assessor views the damage
  • Keep all your invoices and forward them to us as soon as possible
